Casa AV is a contemporary 500 m² project that combines exposed concrete, stone, and black window frames to create a robust yet refined aesthetic. Its large glazed surfaces fully integrate the social areas with the surrounding green landscape, enhancing the relationship between interior and exterior. The ground floor features a generous social area where the kitchen, dining room, and living room are articulated within a continuous, light-filled space, while the upper floor houses the private areas and a semi-covered terrace that provides privacy and open views. The landscape design and swimming pool accompany the clean volumetry of the house, completing a modern, warm, and perfectly balanced proposal.
